Documents

The Documents tab is where you attach files for your attendees. Player packs, rules documents, venue maps — anything players need to download before or during the event.

Document Types

Each document type has its own section with an Add URL or Upload option:

• Player's Pack — The main tournament document. Required before publishing. This is what players download to understand the format, scenarios, house rules, and logistics. Accepts PDF or a link to an external URL.

• Rules — Supplementary rules, comp restrictions, or house rules that don't fit in the player pack.

• Venue Map — Floor plan or map showing table layouts, parking, entrances, and facilities. Handy for larger venues.

• Other — Anything else — painting rubrics, scoring sheets, sponsor info, etc.

Adding Documents

For each type you can either:

• Add URL — Paste a link to a Google Doc, Dropbox file, or any public URL.

• Upload — Upload a file directly to OWR. Supports PDF, images, and common document formats.

Documents appear on your tournament's public page for attendees to download. You can replace or remove them at any time.
