Old World Rankings uses third-party services to operate the Platform. This page lists each service, what data it receives, and why. For more detail on your rights over this data, see our Data Rights page.
Infrastructure & Hosting

AI Services
We use AI services to power specific Platform features. No personal account data (email, password, etc.) is sent to AI providers. The data sent is limited to the content being processed for each feature.

AI-generated content (meta reports, extracted data) is reviewed and may be edited before publication. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that affect your account or access to the Platform.
Tournament Data Sources
We aggregate tournament results from the following external platforms. These are data sources, not processors — they provide publicly available competitive data that we display on OWR.

- Stats & Ladders
- Champions Hub
- Ecksen
- Longshanks
- Direct uploads (spreadsheets) and manual entry by tournament organisers
International Data Transfers
The OWR application is hosted on Render in Oregon, United States. Your data may also be processed by AWS (US), Google (US), Stripe (US), and other providers listed above. International transfers are protected under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Tributech Pty Ltd is an Australian company. Data is subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, for EU/EEA users, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
