Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember your preferences and understand how you interact with the service.
Essential Cookies
These cookies are required for the Platform to function. They do not require consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _owr_session | Keeps you logged in across pages | Session (cleared on browser close) |
| remember_user_token | "Remember me" persistent login | 14 days |
| owr_consent | Stores your cookie preference (accept/decline) | 1 year |
Analytics - Umami (No Consent Required)
We use Umami for privacy-focused analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, does not track users across sites, and does not store IP addresses. All data is aggregated and anonymous. Because Umami is fully cookieless, it loads on every page without requiring consent.
Analytics - Google Analytics (Consent Required)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the Platform is used. Google Analytics sets the following cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes unique users | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Maintains session state | 2 years |
Google Analytics will only load if you click "Accept" on the consent banner. If you decline, no GA cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
Other Scripts
| Script | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Sentry | Error monitoring to keep the Platform running reliably | Essential |
Managing Your Preferences
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clearing the owr_consent cookie in your browser settings and reloading the page. The consent banner will reappear.
You can also disable cookies entirely in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to log in and use the Platform.
